Improved online module for certificates.
A few years ago Roodenberg Staalkabels BV introduced an online Certificate Module, being a pioneer in this field. The module was used by a selected group of clients on a trial base.
Their user experiences were implemented into the new program now introduced. Anywhere in the world customers are able to check their hoisting and test certificates on a 24/7 base.
Main features are:
- Easy to use
- Easy to see what equipment passed the inspection date by coloured coding
- Search by keywords, certificate numbers, partial description, purchase number or more
- Certificates in PDF available for printing or saving purposes
- Data can be downloaded into individual databases
- Group classification can be added (i.e. location, warehouse or car number)
- Expired and deleted items can be removed by the use of a hotkey
